Private lessons cater to your needs and allow you to focus on specific tricks and goals.

With one-on-one attention, our instructors can provide valuable feedback and guidance to accelerate your learning process.

We will break down complex tricks into manageable steps and offer expert tips and techniques to overcome obstacles as well as crafting a lesson based entirely on your level and goals.

We also love to host Hen, Birthday or Special Occasion Pole Parties.

Are you a complete beginner looking to dip your toes into the world of pole dancing and pole fitness?

Our Beginner Only classes cater specifically to beginners and new starters like you.

You'll learn a variety of fundamental pole spins, combos, pole sits, climbs and much more to help you find your flow.

These classes are exclusively for Beginners & New Starters, you’ll be welcomed to the AX Family with open arms!

Mixed Ability Pole

Mixed Ability is a pole dance class that caters to students of all levels.

The class focuses on teaching a variety of pole spins and moves, and offers different variations to accommodate both beginners and more advanced students.

The aim of the class is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can learn and progress at their own pace.

Whether you are a beginner looking to build strength and confidence or an experienced pole dancer looking to expand your repertoire, Mixed Ability is suitable for all students.

Higher Beginners Pole

Tuesday 7.15pm - 8.15pm

Bridging the Gap Between Beginner and Intermediate Pole Skills

This class bridges the gap between beginner and intermediate pole dancing, helping students to progress their skills and discover their personal style.

Here, you will learn conditioning, climbing transitions, and invert preparation techniques.

We will help you develop a smoother flow in their movements and expand your repertoire of pole skills so you can conquer more intermediate pole moves.

Heels Fundamentals & Technique

Tuesday 6pm-7pm

Silky smooth transitions, choreography and heels technique for beginners to dancing in pole heels.

Are you looking to dip your toes into the world of classic pole dancing?

Grab your 8 inch pleasers, kneepads and get ready for an evening full of hair flicks, body waves and sensual pole dancing.

Perfect for those new to dancing in heels, or for those wanting to finesse technique and learn fun choreography and sequences.

This class is not suitable for complete beginners to pole dancing. We recommend you attend a Beginners Only class to get you started.

Level Up! Pole

Wednesday 7.45pm - 8.45pm

A Mixed Ability Class with a focus on Pole Conditioning and Fitness

Whether you're a beginner or an advanced pole enthusiast, this class caters to individuals of all skill levels, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and supported in their Pole journey

. You will be guided through a dynamic series of exercises specifically designed to build strength, flexibility, and coordination while igniting your passion for Pole Fitness.

You will tone your body, improve your balance, stamina, and self-confidence!

Pole Flow & Choreo

Thursday 7.45pm - 8.45pm

Discover Your Flow: Unleash Your Inner Sensuality and Power

Choreography taught over a four week period. At the end of the four weeks, you will have learnt a full pole dancing routine, including low pole based spins/tricks and floorwork. You do not have to attend the full four weeks to attend the class, you can just focus on what is taught that day without the pressure of learning the full routine.

Dance flow empowers you to express sensuality, power, and control, opening the door to self-discovery and endless possibilities of movement on and around the pole.

We recommend wearing socks or heels for added support, stability, and flair. Kneepads are also recommended for protection.

Step into the studio, leave your inhibitions at the door, and let your body find its natural rhythm.

This class is for all levels but some beginner Pole experience is required. Not suitable for complete beginners.

Spinning Pole Beginners & Improvers

Wednesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm

Get spinning with the fundamentals of Spinning Pole!

Join this class and fly into the exciting world of Spinning Pole.

In this exclusively Spinning Pole focused class, you will be introduced to a range of essential techniques including beginner-friendly spins, holds, and even short routines to build on.

We will guide you every step of the way to help you find your flow and develop a strong foundation.

Experience the thrill of dynamic movement as the pole spins along with you.

Please note this class is not suitable for complete beginners to pole dancing. We recommend starting out with one of our Beginners Only classes.

Spinning Pole Improvers Plus

Monday 7.30pm - 8.30pm

Level Up your Spin

Expand your repertoire with challenging intermediate moves on Spinning Pole. You’ll acquire new skills, becoming more versatile and confident as a dancer.

Flow choreography will also be a core part of this class, enabling effortless transitions between pole tricks.

Experience a remarkable transformation in your flow and agility during the course. Unlock a sense of freedom and flight as you confidently navigate the pole.

This class is suitable for both beginners looking to progress and intermediate learners seeking refinement.

Stretch & Tone

Sunday 1.15pm - 2.15pm

Rejuvenate Your Body & Improve Your Flexibility

Join our stretching class designed for individuals of all abilities.

This class focuses on warming up the body, releasing tension in tight muscles and enhancing strength & tone through conditioning exercises.

With a particular emphasis on splits training and hip opening stretches, the goal is to help you achieve greater flexibility in your splits, as well as improve your straddle and pancake flexibility.

Incorporating elements of yoga-inspired flow, this class also provides nourishing care, especially after pole training.

Towards the end of the session, a gentle cool-down routine is followed by an optional mini shoulder massage.

You are guaranteed to leave the class feeling rejuvenated and one step closer to achieving your personal flexibility goals.

Aerial Chains

Step into the world of aerial chains and never look back!

AX Pole Studio are one of the few places in UK studios to host weekly chains classes. This niche sport has turned into a popular class in our studio due to its fun factor and great work-out results. Check out our instagram for chain antics.
